1 General Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the Machibet platform and its members. By creating an account or using the platform, you are deemed to have fully accepted these terms.

2 Account Registration & Use

  • Each person may only operate one account.

  • It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential.
  • Transferring or renting your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

After registration, Machibet may request a copy of your National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence for KYC verification. This verification is mandatory before large withdrawals.

Use a strong password and keep two-factor authentication (2FA) enabled to keep your account secure.

3 Betting Rules

Before placing a bet on Machibet, it is important to be aware of the following rules:

  • You must have sufficient balance in your account before placing a bet.
  • Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except where a cash-out feature is available).
  • If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
  • For live bets placed during a match, Machibet's decision is final.
  • Bets placed at abnormal odds resulting from a technical error may be declared void.
  • Minimum and maximum bet limits may vary for each event.

Machibet reserves the right to suspend payments pending investigation if suspicious betting patterns are detected.

Involvement in arbitrage betting or match fixing will result in permanent account closure.

4 Payments & Withdrawals

Terms and conditions for deposits and withdrawals on Machibet:

  • The currency used for deposits and withdrawals must be the same.
  • Withdrawals may only be made to verified payment methods.
  • If a deposit is made by credit card, the withdrawal will generally need to be made to the same card.
  • Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the method used and account level.
  • Large withdrawals will be put on hold until KYC verification is completed.
  • The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotional offers on Machibet:

  • All bonus offers are subject to specific wagering requirements. You will generally need to wager the bonus amount 10 to 30 times.
  • Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days. If the conditions are not met within this period, the bonus will be forfeited.
  • Each individual may claim a specific bonus only once.
  • The maximum bet amount using bonus funds is 5 times the value of the bonus.
  • Cashback bonuses can generally be withdrawn directly.
  • Machibet reserves the right to void bonuses if suspicious bonus abuse is detected.
Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses is considered fraud and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Machibet:

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts.
  • Opening an account using another person's identity.
  • Use of betting software, bots, or automation tools.
  • Betting based on match-fixing or the use of insider information.
  • Placing bets for the purpose of arbitrage betting or bonus abuse.
  • Any attempt at hacking, phishing, or cyber attacks.
  • Money laundering or transactions involving illegally obtained funds.

Involvement in any of the prohibited activities listed above will result in Machibet permanently closing the account, forfeiting all balances and bonuses, and notifying law enforcement where necessary.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Machibet may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

  • In cases of terms and conditions violations.
  • Failure to pass KYC verification or submission of false information.
  • In cases of extended inactivity (more than 12 months).
  • At the user's own request.
  • Following a self-exclusion request.

Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be refunded (except where the closure is due to a terms violation). Members may also request account closure at any time.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

Machibet takes the protection of your personal information very seriously. We do not sell your data to any third parties.
